1. Preview first
You can preview your design free, with a watermark, as many times as you like before you pay. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully: your PDF is made exactly from the design you approve.
2. Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online order. Your PDF is digital content made from your design. Before checkout we ask you to tick this box:
I want access straight away. I understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download or access starts.
If you tick it, your right to cancel ends once access starts, which is when your PDF is ready to download after payment. Your right to cancel is only lost if you gave that consent and acknowledgement. We confirm it on the confirmation page.
If you paid but your PDF has not been delivered, you have not lost your right to cancel. Email us and we will either send it or refund you.
3. Something wrong with your PDF?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your PDF must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, for example it will not open, pages are missing, or it does not match the preview you approved, tell us and we will fix it or send a replacement. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you can have a price reduction or a full refund.
If you spot a mistake you made in your text after paying, email us. We will always try to help.
4. How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or tell us that address. A short message is fine. You can also write to POLICYANDPLAY LTD, 7 Cosford Drive, Shortstown, Bedford MK42 0DQ.
5. How you get your money back
We refund to the card or payment method you used, within 14 days of agreeing the refund.
6. Prices and VAT
We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the total you pay.
